CONTENT MASTERCLASS
Now it’s time to get serious about how to post, what to post, when to post, how much content you need, and exactly how to use the strategies that actually grow your online presence.
We’ve already talked about authority in the previous module, but let me give you a reality check: Alex Hormozi—a guy who does billions in revenue—posts 450 pieces of content per week. Not because he’s lucky. Because exposure drives authority, and authority drives revenue.
Here’s a rule I live by: if you’re making less than $100K per month, nobody knows you. Visibility is the first revenue lever. No one is going to hire you, buy your services, or trust you if they don’t see you consistently.
So your focus right now is:
- Getting better on social media
- Posting consistently across platforms
- Honing your tone
- Understanding your audience/persona
This module will give you the blueprint to do exactly that.
Visibility Over Perfection
- Stop waiting for perfect content. If you wait, you’ll never start.
- Rule of thumb: posting consistently is worth 10x more than perfect content once a week.
- Small actions compound: one post per day → growth, engagement, and trust over time.
Reality Check Example:
You’re a new coach. You don’t have clients yet. You don’t have testimonials. That’s fine. You can post:
- What you know: “3 mistakes beginners make when starting their first online service”
- Document your journey: “Today I sent my first cold emails to potential clients—here’s what happened”
- Small wins: “I got my first inquiry today—here’s how I found them”
This is proof enough at the start. You don’t need a million-dollar case study yet.
Exercise: Write down 5 topics you already know that your ideal client would pay for. These are your first posts.
Beginner-Friendly Posting Routine
You don’t need 450 posts/week like Hormozi. Start simple. Focus on consistency, not quantity.
Recommended Launch Routine:
- Morning: Short tip or insight post (text or video) → teach value
- Afternoon: Document your journey → show action, learning, or behind-the-scenes
- Evening: Engage → reply to comments, answer DMs, start conversations
“Consistency beats creativity at first. Post daily, learn what works, then refine.”
Exercise: Draft your first 7 days of posts. Use only things you know or actions you’re currently taking.
Repurposing Content (Multiply Your Reach)
Even beginners can get huge impact by recycling one piece of content into multiple formats:
- Record a short video → post as a story
- Turn the transcript into a text post
- Share a snippet on X/Twitter
Exercise: Take your first post or video → create 2 additional formats from it. Schedule them.
Visibility Audit for First-Time Launchers
Ask yourself:
- Where is my audience hanging out? (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
- Which platform is easiest for me to post on consistently?
- Which content type feels most natural: text, video, carousel?
Actionable Plan: Pick one platform to start. Commit to posting there daily for 30 days. Track: views, comments, saves, and DMs.
Beginner Content Framework (Teach + Document + Share)
Here’s your blueprint to create authority without clients or testimonials:
- Teach what you know
- Example: “3 mistakes new service providers make when launching online”
- Document your journey
- Example: “I just launched my first email sequence—here’s what happened”
- Share small wins
- Example: “I got my first inquiry today—here’s how I found them”
Exercise: Plan 3 teach posts, 3 document posts, and 1 small win post for this week.
Actionable Exercises (Your Launch Tasks)
- Mindset: Write a 1-sentence commitment: “I will post every day this week, even with zero clients.”
- Content Planning: Draft 7 posts using only what you know or your current actions.
- Repurposing: Take 1 post → create 2 more formats → schedule.
- Visibility Audit: Pick your main platform → commit to posting daily → track engagement.
Viral Hooks & Storytelling
Posting is pointless if nobody stops scrolling. You can have the best knowledge, the best service, but if your content doesn’t hook people in the first 2–3 seconds, they swipe past.
This module is your hook-and-story blueprint. You’ll learn:
- How to write hooks that grab attention even if you have zero clients
- How to structure a post that keeps people reading/watching
- How to use storytelling to build trust and curiosity
- How to make every post an opportunity for leads
By the end of this module, you’ll have 30+ post ideas/hooks ready to go.
The Hook Formula
A strong post has 2 parts:
- Hook: Grab attention in 2–3 seconds
- Story/Content: Deliver value + curiosity + call-to-action
Hook Framework (No Proof Needed):
-
Pain Point / Problem: Show you understand their struggle
- Example: “Still struggling to get clients online?”
-
Curiosity / Teaser: Make them want to know more
- Example: “Here’s why most beginners fail in their first month”
-
Contrarian / Bold Statement: Challenge common thinking
- Example: “Stop trying to perfect your website before selling anything”
Exercise: Write 5 hooks using each of these 3 strategies. That’s 15 hooks in total.
Storytelling Structure
Even with no proof, you can tell stories people relate to. Use this structure:
Intro → Problem → Lesson / Value → CTA
Example (Text Post or Reel Script):
- Intro: “I launched my first online service last week…”
- Problem: “…and I got zero responses at first”
- Lesson / Value: “Here’s what I changed: I started posting daily, documenting my journey, and reaching out directly to my ideal clients”
- CTA: “If you want my simple 7-day posting plan for beginners, comment ‘READY’”
Exercise: Draft 3 posts using this structure about your first-week experiences, your lessons, or your tips.
Hook + Story Examples
Here are ready-to-use hooks and story ideas that work even if you have zero clients:
Teach What You Know:
- “3 mistakes beginners make when launching a service online”
- “Stop offering free calls—they actually hurt your business”
- “Here’s the exact process I’m using to get my first paying client”
Document Your Journey:
- “Today I sent my first cold emails… here’s what happened”
- “I just launched my service page and got zero responses—here’s how I’m fixing it”
- “I tried posting daily for 7 days—here’s the engagement I got”
Small Wins / First Results:
- “I got my first inquiry today—here’s how I found them”
- “One person booked a call after seeing my post—here’s what I posted”
- “My first client signed up today… here’s what worked”
Exercise: Pick 3 hooks from each category and plan them as your first 9 posts.
Call-to-Action (CTA)
Even if you don’t have a product yet, you can still engage and build your list.
-
Soft CTA:
- “Comment below if you’re starting your first online service”
- “Save this post for when you launch”
-
Hard CTA (low-risk):
- “DM me if you want my 7-day posting plan for beginners”
- “Reply ‘READY’ to get my checklist for first clients”
Don’t wait until your offer is perfect.
Your goal is engagement → relationship → trust → client.
One of the strongest strategies I used when I began online, was to keep track of EVERYTHING.
As soon as I began posting on social media, I opened an excel sheet, called it 'FUTURE CLIENTS' and wrote every person who answered a poll, a question box, commented on a story or a post. They showed engagement!
And when I launched my program, I already had a list of 100 people interested. Out of those, 25 became clients. So do not wait for everything to be ready to build tension,
Oh, and btw, your network is really powerful at first. At this stage, open an excel sheet and think about everyone you know who might be interested in your services. Keep this sheet for the end of the module. We will come back to it.
Content Planner (1 Week Example)
Daily Post Plan (Beginner-Friendly):
- Monday: Teach what you know post + soft CTA
- Tuesday: Document journey post + engagement CTA
- Wednesday: Small win post + hard CTA
- Thursday: Teach what you know + soft CTA
- Friday: Document journey + poll or question CTA
- Saturday: Repurpose top-performing post in another format
- Sunday: Reflect + story post + soft CTA
Exercise: Fill in your first week using hooks, stories, and CTAs from above. Schedule it or post live.
Actionable Takeaways
- Hooks matter more than perfection—grab attention first
- Storytelling builds trust, even with zero clients
- Post every day using teach + document + small wins formula
- Use soft/hard CTA to start conversations and leads
- Repurpose content to maximize reach
Posting Frequency, Platforms & Repurposing (MENA Launch Blueprint)
You can have the best content, the best service, the best ideas—but if you post once a week or only on one platform, you’ll stay invisible.
Here’s the truth: in Lebanon, GCC, and across the MENA region, audiences are everywhere, but attention spans are short. You need a strategy that covers multiple platforms, consistent frequency, and smart repurposing.
By the end of this module, you’ll know exactly how many posts to make, which platforms matter most, and how to multiply every piece of content to reach your target audience efficiently.
Platforms That Matter in Lebanon & GCC
Priority Platforms for Beginners:
- Instagram – Stories, reels, and carousels. Dominant for service-based businesses and personal branding.
- TikTok / Reels – Short-form video is growing fast across GCC; virality is easier here than on other platforms.
- X / Twitter – Great for sharing insights, threads, and attracting professionals.
- LinkedIn – Ideal for high-ticket services and B2B clients, especially in GCC.
- WhatsApp / Telegram – For direct engagement, sharing your offer, and building a small community.
Regional Insight:
- UAE & Saudi Arabia: heavy Instagram + TikTok usage, professional audience on LinkedIn
- Lebanon: Instagram is dominant, but Twitter/X is strong for thought leadership and engagement
- Repurposing across these platforms is crucial to maximize reach with minimal effort
Exercise: Identify 2 platforms to start with. Focus your first 30 days there.
Posting Frequency for Beginners
Rule of Thumb: Visibility beats perfection. Start small, scale fast.
- Instagram / TikTok Reels: 1–2 per day
- Carousels / Educational Posts: 2–3 per week
- X / Twitter Threads: 1–2 per week
- LinkedIn Posts: 2–3 per week
- Stories / BTS / WhatsApp updates: Daily
“If you want people to notice you, post multiple times per day. The algorithm favors frequency, and your audience sees you more often.”
Example: Beginner coach in Lebanon:
- Monday: Reel (teach) + Story (journey)
- Tuesday: Carousel (step-by-step guide) + Story
- Wednesday: Reel (document) + Story + X thread
- Thursday: Reel + Engagement poll on Story
- Friday: Carousel + Story + LinkedIn insight post
- Saturday: Repurpose top-performing content on TikTok
- Sunday: Reflective post (document journey) + Story
Exercise: Draft your first week posting plan using this frequency guide.
Repurposing: Work Smarter, Not Harder
One piece of content = multiple touchpoints.
How to Repurpose for MENA Audiences:
- Reel / TikTok video → Instagram Story: Share behind-the-scenes snippets
- Reel Transcript → X / Twitter Post: Share lessons or tips in text form
- Carousel → LinkedIn Post: Convert steps into professional insights
- Short Reel → WhatsApp / Telegram Broadcast: Direct engagement with your community
Regional Insight:
- WhatsApp is widely used in Lebanon and GCC. Share valuable tips or short clips to your network.
- Use Arabic + English if your audience spans multiple countries. Keep captions short, clear, and engaging.
Exercise: Take one piece of content and create 3 other formats for different platforms.
Timing: When to Post
MENA Audience Best Times (Beginner Data-Driven Estimate):
- Instagram / TikTok: 7–10 PM local time (peak scrolling hours)
- X / Twitter: 8–11 AM (professional audience browsing before work)
- LinkedIn: 9 AM – 12 PM mid-week (Tuesday–Thursday best for professional posts)
- Stories / WhatsApp: Anytime your audience is online; consistency > perfect timing
“Post when your audience is awake and scrolling. Track your results and refine. You’ll figure out the sweet spot quickly.”
Exercise: Schedule your first week of posts at these peak times. Track engagement and adjust.
Beginner-Friendly Content Workflow
- Pick 2 platforms to focus on.
- Create 1 post per day (video, text, or carousel).
- Repurpose each post into 2–3 additional formats.
- Post at peak local times.
- Engage immediately after posting (reply comments, DMs, polls).
Example Weekly Workflow for Lebanon / GCC Beginner Coach:
- Monday: Reel (teach) → Story → X post snippet
- Tuesday: Document journey → Story → LinkedIn insight
- Wednesday: Small win Reel → Story → TikTok snippet
- Thursday: Carousel (tips) → Story → X thread
- Friday: Reel (lesson) → Story → Repurpose as WhatsApp update
- Saturday: Repurpose top-performing post → Story → LinkedIn micro post
- Sunday: Reflective post → Story → X snippet
Exercise: Build your first 7-day posting schedule using this workflow. Include:
- Platform
- Post type
- Hook/Topic
- CTA
Persona, Engagement & Community Building
Engagement: Talk To Them, Not At Them
Beginners often post and pray. Wrong. You need active engagement:
- Ask questions in your posts (“What’s your biggest challenge starting your first online service?”)
- Run polls in Stories (“Do you struggle with finding your first client? Yes/No”)
- Reply to every comment and DM within 24 hours
Data Insight: Accounts that engage consistently see 2–3x higher reach in the first 30 days.
Exercise: Plan 3 engagement questions to post this week. Track responses and reply.
Building a Community (Small at First)
You don’t need thousands of followers. You need a small, active, engaged audience:
- Create a WhatsApp / Telegram group for early followers
- Offer exclusive tips or a small downloadable guide
- Invite followers from your posts to join
Example: Beginner service provider in UAE:
- Post Reel: “Here’s how I got my first inquiry in 7 days”
- CTA: “DM me if you want my free 1-page checklist to start your first online service”
- Add those who respond to a WhatsApp group for tips + support
“It’s easier to convert 50 highly engaged followers than 5,000 passive ones.”
Exercise: Create your first community space (WhatsApp, Telegram, or private Instagram DM group). Add 5–10 people this week from your posts.
Content That Resonates With Your Persona
Use the teach + document + small wins formula from Module 2, but now tailored to your persona:
- Teach what they don’t know yet (“3 mistakes beginners make in launching online services”)
- Document your journey (“Here’s how I structured my first week of posting”)
- Share small wins (“I got my first inquiry today”)
Regional Tip: Use Arabic + English if your audience spans multiple countries. Keep captions short, clear, and relatable.
Exercise: For your defined persona, write 3 posts this week using the teach/document/small win formula. Include 1 engagement CTA per post.
Engagement Workflow for Beginners
- Post content tailored to your persona
- Ask a question or poll → invite replies
- Reply to every comment / DM within 24 hours
- Invite active followers to your small community group
- Share exclusive tips in your group → build trust → offer your first service
“Engagement builds authority faster than posting. Treat every comment or DM like a potential client.”
Content Types & Formats (MENA Launch Blueprint)
You’ve already defined your persona and know who you’re speaking to. Now it’s time to get strategic about what content to create, in what format, and how to reach your audience efficiently. Posting randomly won’t get results. Every piece of content should grab attention, build trust, and move people closer to hiring your service.
By the end of this module, you’ll know exactly what content to create, how long it should be, and how to present it across Lebanon, GCC, and MENA platforms.
The 3 Content Pillars
All successful service-based businesses rely on three content pillars:
- Teach What You Know
- Share actionable tips, frameworks, or step-by-step guides
- Example: “3 mistakes beginners make when launching their first online service”
- Why it works: Builds authority and trust
- Document the Journey
- Show behind-the-scenes progress, daily actions, or learning experiences
- Example: “Here’s what I did this week to get my first inquiries”
- Why it works: Relatable and authentic; helps your audience connect
- Small Wins / Micro-Proof
- Share early milestones or results, even if small
- Example: “My first inquiry came today — here’s what I did”
- Why it works: Demonstrates that your methods work, building credibility
Exercise: List 1–2 content ideas per pillar for the next week.
Formats That Work Across MENA
Your audience consumes content in multiple ways. Use multi-format strategies to maximize reach:
-
Short Video / Reel / TikTok (30–60s)
- Hook in the first 2–3 seconds
- Deliver a quick tip, story, or lesson
- CTA: “Comment READY if you want the checklist”
-
Carousel / Step-by-Step Post (5–10 slides)
- Best for Instagram & LinkedIn
- Example: “5 steps to get your first client in 7 days”
-
Text Post / X Thread (150–400 words)
- Share lessons, insights, or frameworks
- Great for LinkedIn & X/Twitter
-
Stories / BTS / Polls (10–30s)
- Humanize your brand
- Ask questions, run polls, share quick wins
-
WhatsApp / Telegram Updates
- Share mini-tips or exclusive content
- Invite engaged followers to a small community group
Regional Tip: Use Arabic + English captions if targeting multiple MENA countries. Keep captions short, clear, and action-oriented.
Exercise: Take one content idea from each pillar and plan 2 different formats for posting.
Attention Span & Ideal Content Length
- Short videos: 30–60 seconds; grab attention in first 2–3 seconds
- Carousel: 5–10 slides; clear, actionable, fast value
- Text posts / Threads: 150–400 words; make the first line irresistible
- Stories: 10–30 seconds; short, frequent, authentic
Tip: “If you don’t capture attention in the first 3 seconds, the rest doesn’t matter.”
Exercise: Adjust your first 3 planned posts to fit these lengths.
Repurposing Content for Maximum Reach
One post can become multiple pieces of content, saving time and increasing reach:
- Short video → Story + X snippet
- Carousel → LinkedIn micro-post + WhatsApp tip
- Text post / Thread → Carousel + short video snippet
Regional Tip: WhatsApp and Telegram are powerful in Lebanon & GCC for direct engagement. Always consider Arabic + English captions for maximum reach.
Exercise: Take one content idea and create 2–3 repurposed formats for different platforms.
Example Weekly Posting Workflow
A beginner-friendly posting schedule:
- Monday: Short video (teach) + Story + X snippet
- Tuesday: Carousel (document) + Story + LinkedIn post
- Wednesday: Short video (small win) + Story + WhatsApp update
- Thursday: Text post / X Thread (teach) + Story
- Friday: Carousel (document) + Short video snippet + Story
- Saturday: Repurpose top-performing content
- Sunday: Reflective Story + engagement CTA
Exercise: Draft a 7-day posting plan using this schedule. Include platform, format, hook, and CTA.
Scaling, Analytics & Optimization (MENA Launch Blueprint)
You’ve built a foundation: you know what content to create, how to format it, and how to post consistently. But posting alone won’t grow your business. If you don’t track performance, test, and scale what works, you’ll waste months creating content that doesn’t convert.
In this module, you’ll learn how to measure success, double down on what works, optimize for better results, and scale your content to reach clients across Lebanon, GCC, and MENA.
By the end, you’ll have a data-driven system to grow your service business efficiently.
Key Metrics That Actually Matter
Stop obsessing over vanity metrics. Focus on numbers that directly impact your revenue:
Engagement Rate: Likes, comments, shares relative to followers.
- Why: Tells you which content resonates and encourages interaction.
Reach & Impressions: Number of people who saw your post.
- Why: High reach = more people potentially seeing your offer.
Lead Generation (DMs, Inquiries, Sign-ups): People taking the action you want.
- Why: Engagement doesn’t pay bills — leads do.
Follower Growth: Is your audience consistently growing?
- Why: Audience growth expands your reach and potential client pool.
Top-Performing Content Patterns: Which topics, hooks, and formats get the most engagement or leads?
Example:
- A Reel showing “3 steps to get your first client” gets 200 saves and 20 DMs, while a text post about “Why clients ghost you” gets 10 likes and 0 DMs.
- Action: Double down on the Reel format, topic, and hook.
Exercise: Create a tracking sheet and log: content type, format, platform, reach, engagement, and leads for each post.
How to Analyze Performance Like a Pro
Step 1: Categorize content by pillar (Teach, Document, Small Wins).
Step 2: Compare performance by format (Reels vs. Carousels vs. Threads).
Step 3: Identify patterns:
- Which topics generate most DMs or inquiries?
- Which formats get the highest engagement?
- Which posting times drive the most reach in Lebanon vs GCC?
Exercise: Review all content from the past month and highlight your top 3 posts per platform.
Doubling Down on What Works
Once you know what resonates, scale it aggressively:
- Replicate the topic – if your first Reel about “Getting your first client” works, make 2–3 more similar Reels.
- Increase frequency – post more often on that format or pillar.
- Test variations – experiment with hooks, captions, language (Arabic vs English), or angles.
Example:
- Original Reel: “3 steps to get your first client” → 3 variations:
- “3 mistakes beginners make getting their first client”
- “How I landed my first client in 7 days”
- “Step-by-step guide to your first paying client”
Regional Tip: GCC audiences often respond better to English content during work hours; Lebanon may engage more in Arabic evenings. Adapt and test.
Exercise: Pick your top-performing post and plan 2–3 variations to publish in the next week.
Scaling Content with Batching
Batching = creating multiple pieces of content in one session.
- Why: Saves time, keeps consistency, allows more experimentation.
-
How:
- Day 1: Record 5–7 Reels on different topics
- Day 2: Design 3–5 Carousels based on your top-performing tips
- Day 3: Write 2–3 Text posts or X threads summarizing lessons
Tip: Repurpose every piece of content across 3–4 platforms for maximum reach:
- Reel → Story + WhatsApp tip + LinkedIn snippet
- Carousel → LinkedIn micro-post + Telegram update
- Text post → Carousel + Reel snippet
Exercise: Schedule a content batching day and create at least 10 pieces of content for the next week.
Optimization Loop
Growth is not linear — it’s iterative:
- Post your content
- Track the metrics: engagement, reach, leads
- Analyze trends and patterns
- Adjust: change hooks, format, posting time
- Repeat every week
Tip: Small, consistent improvements compound. Even a 10% weekly increase in engagement or leads grows exponentially over months.
Exercise: After every week, identify:
- The content type to scale next week
- Topics that need improvement
- Formats that should be tested or stopped
Advanced Scaling Strategies (Optional for Fast Growth)
- Collaborations & Mentions: Partner with micro-influencers or other service providers in Lebanon/GCC.
- Paid Amplification: Boost top-performing Reels or posts targeting your ideal audience.
- Exclusive Offers via WhatsApp/Telegram: Build a VIP early client list.
- Cross-Posting: Use content across multiple platforms simultaneously, adjusting language and captions.
Example:
- A top-performing Reel in English → repost as a Carousel in Arabic on Instagram → short text thread on LinkedIn → mini tip in WhatsApp group
Exercise: Pick one top-performing post and plan 4 different cross-platform adaptations.
